Report by the World Health Organization about heart disease in Africa

A new report by the World Health Organization (WHO) indicate that the
disease of hypertension is a disease that affects more people in Africa
while showing more than 10 percent of Africans have already registered
with the disease.
According to the report states the main reasons for the growing use of disease that people ignore the exercise, reduced or no plowing fruit at least five and vegetables per day, use of tobacco or cigarettes and alcohol are mentioned as the main way of failing to fight all non-communicable including heart, Diabetes and Cancer.
Report of the World Health Organization (WHO), demonstrated also a quarter of adults from half of African countries surveyed are affected by three factors of risk that increase the likelihood of having one or more other disease risk during their lifetime.WHO indicates that African women aged over 45 years are at greater risk of contracting these diseases.
Whereas the use of tobacco or cigarettes and alcohol lower your rate in Africa than other parts of the world, blood pressure is the highest rate in the world, affecting nearly half of the adults in Africa.According to WHO, the disease affects slowly and often diagnosed several years after having been already done serious harm to the patient. The report also demonstrated that the African continent is the only place people suffer from malnutrition and obesity.
WHO has stated that these problems can be avoided by people to eat well, drink in moderation and exercise and if these precautions are being disregarded, this condition can lead to government billions of money on the treatment of his patients.
